With your design direction set, OBCurates leads the execution—coordinating vendors, managing timelines, tracking payments, and handling invoices. We streamline every detail, ensuring your planning feels as seamless as the celebration itself.

04: Final Touches +
Timeline Review 

As your event nears, we refine every detail—confirming logistics, finalizing your run-of-show, and reviewing the full timeline together. You’re invited to OBCurates HQ for a final in-person review, ensuring everything is aligned so you can enter event day with complete peace of mind.

05: Event Day Execution

This is where everything comes to life. The OBCurates team is on-site to oversee setup, manage the timeline, and serve as the main point of contact for all vendors and logistics. From the first arrival to the final breakdown, we ensure every element flows seamlessly —so you can be fully present, soak in every moment, and experience the day exactly as it was curated: beautifully, effortlessly, and with intention.
